What does the cuttings branching kit contain?

How to use the cutting rooting kit?

1. Prepare the Root Riot cubes

• Soak the cubes in a weak solution of Formulex (5 ml per liter of water).
• Let them drain slightly so they are not too wet.

2. Clean and prepare the cuttings

• Choose healthy, young twigs with at least 2–3 pairs of leaves.
• Cut at an angle with a clean and disinfected tool to avoid infections.
  

3. Apply Clonex Gel

• Dip the lower end of the cutting (about 1–2 cm) into a small amount of Clonex Gel.
• Do not return excess gel to the original packaging to keep it sterile.

4. Place the cuttings in the cubes

• Carefully insert the cutting into the center hole of the cube.
• Make sure it is securely fastened without pressing the stems too hard.

5. Place the cuttings in the propagator

• Arrange the cubes in the propagator so that there is room for air circulation.
• Close the lid and monitor the humidity level (target 80-90%). If necessary, open slightly for ventilation or spray with water.

6. Maintain the conditions

• Maintain a temperature of around 20–25 °C and high humidity.
• Check the cubes regularly; if they start to dry out, water them gently with a Formulex solution.

7. Expect rooting

• Depending on the plant, roots may appear after 1–3 weeks.
• Once healthy roots have formed, you can plant the cuttings in larger pots or directly in the garden.
