Coconut substrate for growing in an ideal mix

Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40 is a combination of two high quality substrates: Euro Pebbles and Cocos Premium. The mixture contains 60% clay balls and 40% coconut fibers. It is suitable for growing in pots and recirculation systems. Clay balls have a low water and high oxygen capacity. This is a perfect mix for your plant to grow and bloom!

Perfect drainage and more oxygen for the roots

Thanks to the clay balls in Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40, water drains quickly. This provides the substrate with a better oxygen balance and prevents rotting. This allows the roots to develop even better and creates a good basis for transporting water and nutrients.

Optimal absorption of nutrients

Plagron Hydro Cocos 60/40 coconut substrate is fully buffered. What is unique about Plagron coco substrates is that they are more buffered than comparable products. Unwanted salts are washed away better. This ensures that the nutrients in, for example, Cocos A & B can be absorbed under optimal conditions.
