Canna Start

CANNA Start is a balanced one-component nutrient for seedlings and (rooted) cuttings. CANNA Start can be used on a variety of substrates such as rockwool cubes, coconut substrate, seed mixes and most other propagation media, except for recirculating systems and cloning machines. Propagation media are media on which you can propagate plants.

CANNA Start gives you all the micro and macro nutrients for seedlings or cuttings to grow into strong and healthy plants.


Advantages of CANNA Start:
CANNA Start combines perfectly with all other CANNA nutrients. Once the cuttings are transplanted into the final medium, you switch from CANNA Start to the CANNA (Vega) nutrient appropriate for the medium you are growing in (CANNA TERRA, COCO, HYDRO or AQUA) for the remainder of the cycle. This is especially great in combination with CANNA RHIZOTONIC. With this combination, your plants will get the strongest and thickest roots.
Reduces the risk of overfeeding. The nutrient for the vegetative stage is not suitable for cuttings and seedlings because you risk over-fertilizing them.
Reduces the risk of yellowing of plant material. Diluting a growing period nutrient to make it more suitable for cuttings and seedlings is not the solution. Such dilution does not contain enough micro and macro elements. This causes the plant material to turn yellow; not a good start for your harvest. To ultimately achieve strong, healthy plants at the end, you have to start at the very beginning. That is why CANNA developed CANNA Start; to get the right ratio of all nutrients, just right for cuttings and seedlings
